"Self promoting" is what a celbrity has to do to remain in the public eye. Bob had a musical career before "The Bachelor" and to not promote his music and talent would be stupid not shameless. Besides, he is a really nice guy, down to earth, and appreciative of his good fortune. Plus his wife Rebecca seems to be as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. I've met them both several times and they are warm and genuine. Bob and Rebecca were wonderful with my 13 year old starry eyed teen.

The charity work that Bob does with Band From TV is amazing. They have raised a ton of money and are a great group of people. They all have huge hearts and donate a large amount of their time to the band. I got to meet Bob after a BFTV event, and he was one of the nicest people I have ever met.

Sadly the writer does not know what he is talking about. Bob is an extremely nice, caring and giving guy! He goes above and beyond for friends and family. All the writer is doing is trying to self promote, by making over people look bad. Not Cool! Get to know the people before you talk about them!

This writer obviously doesn't know Bob Guiney or anything about him. I met him several times and he was one of the most down to earth, nicest people I have ever met... and I told him so. He is also extremely talented and very generous when it comes to donating to special causes. SHAME ON YOU!!!

WHy not do some research bfore you make a comment like that? I have met Bob a few times at Charitible events and he is not anything like you are trying to say. And if you did any back round check on him you would know that he had a band long before the Bachelor season and not to mention he never promoted his music while on the shows. Get your facts straight. Sounds like your just another jealous reporter!

My family and I saw Bob at Sibley Gardens over the holidays. He is approachable and very friendly. Dowriver doesn't have a plethora of celebrities besides Bob, Derek St. Holmes and the guys from "The Respectables."

I think whoever wrote these captions has a bit of a jealousy issue. Were not in high school anymore but it seems like the cadyness is still there. I know Bob and he is one of the most down to earth people I've ever met. So try puting your journalistic ability towards more positive commentary.
