Brush up on your Shakespeare
Credit:Provided
The Hudson Valley Shakespeare festival is a summer tradition. Professional actors (under a tent on the grounds of Boscobel) bring the Bard’s great plays to life each summer. Before the performance, many patrons picnic on the lawn, enjoying the view of the mountains and the Hudson River. On select performance days in June and early July, residents of Putnam and Dutchess counties can purchase discounted tickets for $20.
