Thai Golden is one of very few Thai restaurants in Putnam County. The serene spot, located on Lake Gleneida, has a carved wood bar and vivid blue and orange walls that evoke the sky and a sunset. The menu is full of dishes that owner Suteya Monk enjoyed at home, including Pad Thai, curries, and a terrific seafood combination, full of shrimp, scallops, mussels, and squid.
