Inside: Wild Fusion in Mohegan Lake
The owners of Wild Fusion, Jack Xiao and Sindy Lin, are no strangers to the restaurant business.
Both of their families were in the business and they grew up working in the industry. Xiao's family owned the Yorktown staple China Star and Lin's family had businesses in the city.
By the time Xiao and Lin were married, they already had plans to open a place of their own. The idea was to bring something trendy, with a more urban feel to the Mohegan Lake area. The couple opened Wild Fusion in December of 2010.
