Inside: Taiim Falafel Shack in Hastings-on-Hudson
When Kerri Jew and Zamir Iosepovici moved to the suburbs, they found it difficult to get a quick, fresh meal that wasn't a fast food chain.
When the small space that used to house Comfort opened up, the couple thought it would be a perfect spot for the food they were missing most: falafel. They made the place cheerful and bright, serving up Israeli dishes made from scratch. The tiny space is open for lunch and dinner during the week and just began serving breakfast on the weekends.
