Just in time for today’s gorgeous 80 degree weather, Striped Bass in Tarrytown has a whole new look and a whole new menu.
Owner Steve Cross is spiffing up the place — hoping to appeal to a younger crowd. With a modern, bright new dining room decorated in aquatic blues and metallic greys, a bar with a big aquarium and a few new dishes, like ahi tuna sashimi, it’s poised to be the newest Hudson River hotspot this summer.
