So Dam Hot owners Josh Brand and Scott Licciardi used to eat at the 11-year-old eatery when they were younger and always joked about owning a place like it someday.
When they came back to town in 2007, they found the business for sale and decided to make it a reality. The wings and hot dog joint has slowly taken on the personality of the duo, and additions have been made to the menu.
