Hastings-on-Hudson's newest restaurant has a straightforward philosophy: good food in a nice atmosphere at reasonable prices.
The vision of Anthony Fortunate and Ken Lauro, the Rain Water Grill is comfortable and friendly. Lauro holds court behind the bar, chatting with customers and mixing his signature martinis. Fortunate can be seen in the dining room, tweaking the menu with Chef Eddis Martinez.
The selection of sliders— including some stuffed with gorgonzola— are sure to be a crowd pleaser, and sandwiches like the lobster grilled cheese and the open faced hanger steak wedge turn lunch into an indulgence.
