Par Shakiban, the owner of Patisserie Salzburg in Rye, The Piatto Grill in Yorktown, and Eclisse in Stamford, Conn., has done it again: He’s created yet another casually elegant dining experience in the heart of downtown of White Plains.
Back in his Laguna stomping grounds (Shakiban was one of Laguna’s original owners), Shakiban’s latest restaurant, which opened in September, pays homage to his own Persian heritage.
