Chef Edward Kowalski and his wife Laurie opened Crave Restaurant and Lounge in December 2009, with an all-star team of Culinary Institute of America alumni chefs.
Kowalski's aim was to make Crave the most exciting restaurant in Poughkeepsie, and many would say he has succeeded.
Crave serves contemporary food with modern twists in a romantic and intimate setting. It is located directly under the entrance of the Walkway over the Hudson.
