Confetti Ristorante opened in 2010 on Ash Street in Piermont, where Pasta Amore used to be. Arturo Lepore, who owned the popular Parmigiano in Old Tappan (which closed two years ago), has come out retirement to open Confetti with his sons Joe and Sam.
