“I’m having a house party every night,” says Chris Maceyak, owner of the Bridge View Tavern. "You know that feeling? Before having a bunch of friends over for dinner, you make sure the music is right and the food tastes good. That’s what we do here, every night. We open up our house.”
Referring to his business as a home isn’t just a metaphor for Maceyak. He and his sister Tara own the Bridge View Tavern—affectionately called the BVT—and run it with the help of their parents.
