Bartaco in Port Chester — no, not Bar Taco; it’s one word — the new spot owned by Sasa Mahr-Batuz and Andy Pforzheimer of Barcelona, the wine and tapas bar with six locations in Connecticut, opened last week on the Byram River where Ebb Tide used to be.

There’s a whole new look, feel and menu — all of which begs to be enjoyed on a fine summer’s day, cocktail in hand.

Unfortunately, it’s still winter. But we can pretend, right?
