Jimmy Rodriguez, the owner of Jimmy's Bronx Cafe, is creative director and his daughters are the owners of this restaurant set in a former munitions warehouse. Don Coqui's mixture of authentic Puerto Rican food, minimalist and industrial design and upscale edge is sure to become an exciting dining and entertainment spot.
