Jamison describes herself as shy, but she seems to have found a way to express herself through her surroundings. Rosemary's Texas Taco is eclectically decorated, stuffed with knick-knacks, memorabilia, and Hollywood- and Western-themed items.

"I go to flea markets and tag sales," she explains. "Sometimes people bring things in. It's always different but feels the same."
