Rosemary's Texas Taco
Credit:Maureen Fleming
The paint is colorful and glitter is abundant. It feels like a cross between "Pee-wee's Playhouse" and a crowded antique market, but the effect is all Rosemary.
It can be a bit disarming at first, but people love it. Customers return year after year. Some have been eating at Texas Taco their whole lives. All of the recipes are by Jamison's mother, who still lives in Texas, and whom Rosemary calls every morning.
