Owned by Robert Leggio – one of the visionaries who kicked off the Yonkers restaurant renaissance with Zuppa – and his cousin John Leggio, Mima Vinoteca opened in January inside a quaint brick-and-dark-wood space on Main Street (formerly home to Red Hat).
