When Anna Shea first started working in a chocolate shop, she started off as a regular employee, packaging boxes and attending to customers. But Shea quickly found herself interested in the process of making the chocolates and befriended the Belgian-born Danielle Rogers, who made everything on site. Shea began learning from her.
