Trattoria Valentia
Trattoria Valentia may be new to Peekskill, but its Head chef has had over 35 years of experience in cooking. Housed in the former Old MillerÔøΩs Bar, the restaurant kept the old bar and expanded into the back, adding a simple yet stylish restaurant with a few tranquil paintings of the Italian
countryside. However, the food and drinks, which emphasize fusion, will surprise the palate with clear influences from Bombay to the United States. Along with live jazz performances, Trattoria Valentia is a great late-night spot for someone into the quiet, the cool and the quirky.
