Thirty years after closing the original Spampi's in Spring Valley, the Spaminato family is back with a Tuscan-themed trattoria serving the same homemade pastas, along with pizza and thin crust pizzettes, veal, fish, and a Roman Table (stocked with their version of Italian tapas). Live music, including local bands, and a lively bar scene make this a weekend destination.
