This sister restaurant to owner Nesan Lok’s next-door Red Ginger does big business in standard Chinese food dishes like General Tso’s chicken and sesame chicken. But Chopstix also does a sushi delivery business, specializing in “modern sushi” that is made with cooked items like chicken, beef, fish and shrimp.
