Noy Wongkiptiroch, formerly owner of The King and I in Nyack, imported 22 tons of brick and sandstone from Thailand to create the restaurant's decor, which feels sleek and sophisticated with its dimmable pendant lighting, trickling water fountains and wood floors and tables. Signature dishes include curries and salads, but also grilled sirloin, sauteed shrimp with scallop and lobster and teriyaki with ginger sauce. For now, it's BYOB.
