Using minimum amounts of butter, oil, and salt, Mike and Beth Garelick's menu includes vegetable spring rolls, lemon-poppy tuna salad, turkey-and-spinach meatballs and open-faced grilled veggies with fresh mozzarella and pesto on bruschetta. Mike's a 1992 Culinary Institute of America grad who says his creations are "upscale, prepared, simple foods that are geared to be as good here as they would be at home." Adds Beth, "We're always coming up with different specials, and we invent 12 to 15 new items every day."
