Dish Gourmet Eatery owner and chef Hannah Hopkins opened the restaurant in June 2008. "I love all kinds of food and grew up in a family that always cooked," she says. She draws on her training at Manhattan's Natural Gourmet Institute of Cooking to whip up organic and vegetarian dishes, to eat in or take out. Offerings include smoked salmon, croque monsieur, meats, soups, and salads. And baker Cynthia Aversa conjures up cupcakes, macaroons, brownies and coconut-lime bars.
