Born in Israel to a family that lived in Jerusalem for nine generations, Dorit Kramer learned cooking and hospitality by absorbing the world that surrounded her. The Art Café is a tribute to her mother Pnina, from whom she learned the art of being a host, the art of opening her "home" to others.
