The menu that specializes in both aqua and terra. A prime example? The signature (and eponymous) dish called AquaTerra: 6 ounces of filet mignon paired with a 6-ounce Brazilian lobster tail, grilled asparagus and Yukon Gold wedged potatoes. The restaurant, in the former Cherry Brook Inn on Middletwon Road, has a spacious dining room with wooden tabletops, dark wood trim and earth (or should we say terra?) tones — and a blue (or rather, aqua) banquette. A bar area, where you'll often find cocktail and happy hour special, has flat-screen TV's, too. The owners, Steve and Stacy Lambos, have a menu with pastas such as the Seafood Marechiara, a combination of clams, mussles, shrimp and calamari over linguine in tomato sauce; sandwiches, such as a monster 10-ounce Black Angus burger with crunchy seasoned fries; and entrees such as the Rib Eye Delmonico. There's also a raw bar.
