Every Wednesday night at Vintage in White Plains, people from throughout the Hudson Valley flock to the dance floor for Salsa Night, hosted by IFA DanCenter.

On a weekly basis, eager people who wanna shake it up take salsa lessons and practice their sexy dance steps. But things get even more caliente on the last Wednesday night of every month, when Ensalada de Pulpo — led by pianist-bandleader Gilberto Colon Jr. — fills the place with poppin' Latin jazz. Hips swing, feet fling and hearts sing.
