Jai ho — or "victory" in Hindi — is exactly what the owners of upscale apartment complex 66 Main, on the Yonkers waterfront, wanted tenants and adventure-seekers to feel when rocked the building’s latest party, Bollywood on the Hudson. The rousing event featured Indian cuisine from Bukhara, henna painting by the Henna Studio, Bhangra dance lessons by the NYC Bhangra Club, an HD showing of "Slumdog Millionaire" and the national debut of a new Indian wine.
