Nyack music curfew extends to 2 a.m.

Nyack music curfew now 2 a.m.

Marianne Olive, owner of Olive's (pictured), said she's been in favor of extending the curfew because downtown businesses could use the draw that comes with extending live entertainment later into the night. She said the residents who live above the bar/restaurant are aware the nature of the business.

"They all clearly understand that they have to deal with a certain amount of noise," she said.
