Nyack music curfew now 2 a.m.

Denise Hogan, a Nyack village trustee, said there had been confusion in recent months about the noise ordinance and its enforcement. Village officials were hoping to draft a clearer document at the Feb. 12 meeting, she said.

"It will be much clearer for the downtown residents as well as the bar and restaurant owners," she added.
