The free tastings and tours at Captain Lawrence Brewing Company are packed rain or shine, and restaurants and bars are lining up to have the beer on their menus. Famously picky chef Jonathan Pratt of Peter Pratt's Inn has professed his fondness for using Captain Lawrence in his cooking, and the Captain Lawrence table was one of the most consistently popular booths at October's Beer & Food Festival held at the Doubletree Hotel in Tarrytown.
