Proud to be an American took over White Plains at both The Thirsty Turtle and Black Bear!  Staff members supported the red, white and blue theme while drinks of the same colors were spotted throughout the bar.  A dunk tank and carnival games were just some of the entertainment.  Did you get flashed rockin' these colors?
